典故：春节是中华民族最重要的节日，大年三十是农历年的最后一天，为了庆贺五谷丰登、家人团圆，大年三十晚的团圆饭少不了“三鲜杂烩”。该菜选用时鲜冬笋、海鲜墨鱼、新鲜猪肚、肉丸、蛋卷、豆笋、云耳等十多种高档湘菜原料而成，故称杂烩，寓意为明年人旺家兴、丰收在望。
特点：品种多样，味道鲜美。
Three Delicacies Chowder
